A non-playable character in Arknights. A Beast Lord who takes the form of a penguin.
He typically wears a white Beanie, Sunglasses, multiple Gold Necklaces, and a T-shirt depicting Tupac Shakur—spelled "Topac" on the shirt and in the game script, presumably to avoid legal issues.
Judging by his coloration and build, he is in fact a king penguin, not an emperor penguin.
The Emperor is voiced by Tsuda Kenjirou, while his English singing voice is done by American rapper Substantial.
