An Electromagnetic Being, or EM Being for short, is a sentient being composed completely of electromagnetic waves, featured throughout the Mega Man Star Force (Series) series.
For tagging purposes, this should only be used for pure EM beings. The results of EM Wave Change (Mega Man)s should use that tag instead.
