A Gym Badge which denotes a Pokémon Trainer as having defeated the Viridian City Gym Leader (either Giovanni (Pokemon) or Blue, depending on the game).
It is shaped like a plant, most likely a Sakaki tree, which is where Giovanni's Japanese name comes from.
