Azur Lane's personification of the French Battleship (or Battlecruiser) Dunkerque. She is designed by Liduke and voiced by Harada Sayaka.
In the game, her personality is defined by her elegant maturity, unwavering kindness, and her intense passion for baking, as she is Vichiya Dominion's resident baker. She frequently offers homemade pastries to anyone, including the Commander. As well as using her culinary skills to show her affection.
In reality, Dunkerque and her sistership, Strasbourg (Azur Lane), were the result of France's attempt to respond to Germany's Deutschland-class "Pocket Battleships". She was the lead ship and was also the first capital ship France had built post-WW1. The Dunkurque-class later participated in the Second World War, before being scuttled in Toulon to prevent German Capture in 1942. After WW2, some parts of Dunkerque's Hull would later be salvaged and used to create the turret of the ARL-44.
