Duke Pantarei

A mysterious man who shows up in unusual times during Tales Of Vesperia's events. He doesn't explain who he is, but provides the main party with assistance. Duke becomes the final boss when he decides to sacrifice humans to save the world from the Adephagos, which Alexei Dinoia unknowingly unleashed.
