The strong mayor of Opelucid City and Unova's eighth Gym Leader in Pokémon Black, Black 2, and White 2. His specialty is Dragon-types, and he is Iris's master. His main Pokémon is Haxorus. Drayton (Pokemon) is his grandson.
Known as Shaga in Japanese versions.
