The (OTs-03) SVU (Russian: СВУ, Снайперская винтовка укороченная, "Sniper Rifle shortened") is a Russian 7.62×54mmR Bullpup semi-automatic Sniper Rifle with an integral Suppressor. It was designed in the early 1990s, based on the earlier SVD.
