A body posture associated with Yoga in which a person is Bent Over in a Top-Down Bottom-Up position with their feet slightly apart, hands on the floor with their Arms Up at shoulder width and neck straight with the head facing toward the legs.
The name is said to come from the way dogs stretch after raising up.
