It's an Idol outfit consisting of a Blue Leotard with an optional Frilled Skirt, Fishnet Pantyhose, white Frilled Gloves, a blue Mini Top Hat and blue High Heels.
In this costume she also has jerboa ears alongside her regular human ones.
