A side-scrolling 2.5D platform game developed by Retro Studios and released for the Wii U in 2014. It is the fifth game in the Donkey Kong (Series) Country series. This game stars Donkey Kong and his friends (Diddy Kong, Dixie Kong, and Cranky Kong) as they head on a journey to take back their home island, which was taken over and covered in ice by a new enemy faction, the Snowmads.
This game would receive a port to Nintendo Switch in 2018, which would feature Funky Kong as a playable character.
