Dhalifa (Chinese: 德莉珐) is an NPC in Spacetrek Observatory.
Due to the Void Storm that hit the Spacetrek Observatory years prior, Dhalifa struggles to communicate verbally without Talkie's assistance. She is able to speak in very short sentences, often only a few words long, which Talkie then interprets into the longer structured sentences Dhalifa wishes and is trying to say.
Dhalifa is a Resonator, with her Tacet Mark being located on her right upper arm.
