A character from Genshin Impact, she is the Moon Goddess worshipped by the Frostmoon Scions in Nod-Krai under the name "Kuutar". She was formerly the third of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, known by her codename "The Damselette".
She has very long Black Hair with a purple inner color, and normally keeps her eyes closed. Her outfit consists of a white Mask, white crossed Hair Ribbons, Armlets, White Dress, Thigh Strap on her left leg, and Anklets.
