Cocoa beans, also known as cacao beans, are the dried and fully fermented Seeds of the Theobroma Cacao Fruit, native to the tropical regions of Central and South America. They resemble Coffee Beans but without the signature slit.
These beans are the primary ingredient used in the production of Chocolate, Cocoa Powder, and cocoa butter.
