An official costume of Azur Lane's Cleveland (Azur Lane), added exclusively to English version as part of the 1st anniversary celebrations.
In this costume, she wears a White Coat with American Flag-style decorations on the shoulders over a Blue Shirt with the partially obscured phrase "Charlie Love Five Five" (i.e. CL-55, Cleveland's hull number). black Miniskirt, a single black torn thighhigh, with White Boots and a white Visor Cap. The skin also features a Scooter with American flag-style markings, a Fire Hydrant, some Traffic Cones, and several Road Signs including a Stop Sign, a Speed Limit Sign and a sign featuring Cleveland's 13 battle stars.
