Chocolate Tart

A dessert consisting of dark Chocolate, Cream, and Eggs whisked together, poured into a sweetened, crispy Pastry shell, and baked until firm. Because of its egg-based filling, it is considered a type of custard Tart (Food). This dish is similar to chocolate Mousse (Food), but the baking process gives the chocolate tart a firmer texture.
