Also known as: 提灯お化け
A Paper Lantern Traditional Youkai. Similar to the Karakasa Obake, it has one eye and a long Tongue. Its name comes from the word chouchin, a term for lanterns that are made with a bamboo frame and either paper or silk.
Futatsuiwa Mamizou from Touhou uses one in one of her attacks in Hopeless Masquerade.
