Azur Lane's personification of Chinese seaplane tender Zhenhai.
The historical Zhenhai was a merchant ship launched in 1904 in Germany, under the name SMS Manila. She was later acquired by China and converted into a seaplane tender for the Republic Of China Navy by 1927.
Due to a joke made by an artist, Pekomama is sometimes depicted as wearing the dressless version of her Retrofit outfit.
