The artist Commentary has been either fully or partially translated, but a second opinion is needed. This is to ensure the translation provided is most correct. Any mistakes seen can be corrected.
Do not use this tag as an excuse for substandard translations. Translators are expected to be confident in the language they are translating in, and novice translators should not attempt to translate material out of their depth. Per Howto:Translate, a bad translation is worse than no translation.
