Denji (Chainsaw Man)'s hybrid devil form which he obtained when Pochita (Chainsaw Man) replaced his heart.
Do not mistake it with the Chainsaw Devil. Denji's devil form has orange plating for his Chainsaw head and slits where his eyes should be with the rest of his body being human.
