A mysterious woman woken from a cold sleep during the First Neo Zeon War. An alt-color twin to Peche Montagne, she is suspected of being her unauthorized clone.
In reality, it was Peche who was cloned from Celine during the One Year War, after the latter used herself as a test subject in early Newtype research and suffered a breakdown.
