Casino (Movie)

A 1995 crime movie by director Martin Scorsese based on the non-fiction book, Casino: Love and Honor in Las Vegas by Nicholas Pileggi. Staring Robert De Niro, Sharon Stone and Joe Pesci, the film follows Sam "Ace" Rothstein (De Niro), a Jewish-American gambling expert hired by the Chicago Mafia to oversee one of their Casinos in Las Vegas, the Tangiers Casino, along with his friend and Mob Enforcer Nicky Santoro (Pesci). As the film progress, Ace and Nicky relationship deteriorate due to the latter increasing violent behavior and crimes brings unwanted attention to the casino along with the break down of Ace's marriage to his wife, Ginger McKenna (Stone).
