Brad Evans

One of the three founding members of ARMS in Wild Arms 2, alongside Ashley Winchester and Lilka Eleniak. Brad used to be a soldier for Slayheim who helped the kingdom win the Slayheim Liberation War. Afterwards, the kingdom had no use for its soldiers and arrested him as a war criminal. Brad is initially forced to join ARMS, but he remains with the team willingly after bonding with the other members.
