Also known as: カンカン帽
A stiff Hat with a flat top and flat brim, and a Ribbon around the crown, usually made of straw. They were popular in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Not to be confused with a straw Sun Hat, which is not as stiff or flat-topped, or a Porkpie Hat, which has a slightly curved brim.
