A character from the Kemono Friends series. The true form of Seiryuu, one of the Four Gods that watch over Japari Park. As Blue Dragon, she is one of four powerful dragon sisters.
Long, messy cyan hair tipped with blue, pale blue eyes, dark blue Dragon Ears, two-pronged gold horns with green tips, cyan/blue tufted Dragon Tail. Wears a Sleeveless white Dress Shirt, cyan necktie with the logo of Japari Park, cyan skirt with blue ruffles, Green Corset, cyan Scale Print Fingerless Gloves and matching Thighhighs held by Garter Straps, and calf-high black boots. Has a blue orb tied to her left upper arm, and Cherry Blossoms on her right horn.
