Blinky (The Simpsons)

Blinky the Three-Eyed Fish (or simply Blinky) is a three-eyed orange Fish species in The Simpsons, found in the ponds and lakes outside the nuclear power plant. The Springfield Nuclear Power Plant caused the mutations.
