Originally debuting in the February 2023 artwork of the Sonic Channel "Otherworld Comedy" calendar series as the "Magical Princess" (マジカルプリンセス), it later appeared as a playable skin named "Magical Girl Blaze" in games such as Sonic Speed Simulator and Sonic Rumble.
It is a Magical Girl-themed outfit consisting of a white Frilled Scrunchie with a pink stripe tied around her ponytail, a Two-Tone Dress featuring a pink bodice with a white Frilled Shirt Collar, a pink Chest Bow with a Red Gem Brooch, and pink Puffy Short Sleeves with white frills. The lower half of the dress consists of a purple Tailcoat-styled Overskirt with White Trim worn over a white frilled underskirt. She also wears frilled White Gloves with pink Wristbands, a golden book-shaped Belt Pouch on her left hip decorated with a small Pink Bow and seven Multicolored Gems representing the Sol Emeralds, White Pantyhose, and a pair of pink Thigh Boots featuring white toes and soles, a darker pink upper band, and small pink shoe bows.
