Blanc is a non-playable character featured in Heartopia. He sells the player Gardening supplies, and appears as a tall, soft-spoken Tiger Boy, with Tiger Ears and a Tiger Tail, and hair covering his eyes.
He can be found in game holding a Watering Can and with a Bird perched upon his head.
