Bianca, known as Bel (ベル) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokemon Black and White. Not to be confused with a character of the same name from Pokémon Heroes.

She has Green Eyes and short Blonde Hair. She initially wears a green hat, a short-sleeve dress, an Orange Vest and pantyhose, yellow Flats, and carries a green bag with the strap between her breasts.
In Black 2 and White 2, she dons a new outfit including a hat with a White Bow, red semi-rimless Glasses, a white V-Neck shirt, an open long-sleeve orange jacket, green Capri Pants, and orange Ankle Boots.
