A playable character from Goddess Of Victory: Nikke. She is a member of Overseer along with Eyeri (Nikke).
Nikkes responsible for auditing corruption within the government, she is also an idol manager by trade, having been a fan of Anis (Nikke) during her heydays as an idol.
She currently serves as a manager for T.T. Star (Nikke).
Avistar has very long Grey Hair tied into Double Buns with Twintails, bangs hanging between her eyes, Long Sidelocks, Purple Eyes and wears a pair of black Glasses. She wears a black Peaked Cap with multiple red bows, a short Grey Dress with Side Slits, Epaulettes on her shoulders, a black oversized collared coat on her shoulders with a pin on the left lapel, black Partially Fingerless Gloves and a pair of black high heel Thigh Boots. She has a Red Armband on the right sleeve of her coat and a gold Iron Cross on her collar.
