Head of Hakuou Academy's Disciplinary Committee and part of a trio of proud school underachievers, along with Segawa Izumi and Hanabishi Miki, who hang around with Katsura Yukiji. Her family lives in a Shinto shrine, and, in stark contrast to her duty, likes to cause trouble with her tomboyish attitude and penchant for mischief.
