She is a blonde-haired girl with Blue Eyes, usually depicted wearing White Dress.
While it is highly likely that Selene, Queen Of the Master Magicians is her older form, so far no source explicitly confirms it, except the OCG Stories manga, which runs on its own interpretation than the canon proper.
