Arcana (Reverse:1999)

Arcana is the main antagonist of Reverse:1999. She is the leader of Manus Vindictae, an extremist group that want to establish a society with only arcanists.

She has Blue Hair and Yellow Eyes. She wears Black Dress with Black Gloves, and a Wand that goes through her head.

She is voiced by Naomi McDonald in English and Koshimizu Ami in Japanese.
