碧 (あおい) ~雪山の化け上手 (A Proficient Shapeshifter in a Snowy Mountain)~
An Original Touhou character by Kitsunetsuki Itsuki.
She has Blue Hair with a braid, Blue Eyes, red facial marks, a white Fox Tail and Fox Ears.
In July, 2009, Senpii created a faux Touhou-style music for a fictional Stage 1~2 Boss: 悪戯白狐罷り通る (Itazura Shiro-Gitsune Makari Tooru, "A Mischievous White Fox is Going Her Own Way").
Some artists made Original characters inspired by it:

All of them are (partially-)white Kitsune girls. They are sometimes regarded as siblings. They can be considered either as Touhou originals or as pure Original characters, depending on the situation.
