Azur Lane's personification of the Japanese cruiser Aoba.
She has Aqua Hair, Animal Ears alongside her human ears, a Tail, a dark jacket with purple accents worn over a black tank top, and a White Skirt with a blue line at the base of it.
Much like her Kantai Collection counterpart, she is a reporter, a reference to the war correspondent Unno Juuza who served aboard her during the war. She regularly comments about getting the latest scoop about the naval base. However, her lines trend towards stalker/paparazzi, with one of her secretary lines contemplating making up stories (in response to an apparent lack of 'good news') and her default affection line possibly serving as a fourth wall break, commenting on the game's harem subtext.
Historically, Aoba was the flagship of Cruiser Division 6, which consisted of her sister ship, Kinugasa (Azur Lane), as well as Furutaka (Azur Lane) and Kako (Kancolle). She served in numerous naval battles like Coral Sea and Leyte Gulf before being sunk in an air raid in Kure in July 1945.
