The primary antagonist of Deltarune's third chapter, acting as the host of "TV Time" and holding Toriel captive at the behest of the Roaring Knight.
He appears as a Humanoid Darkner in the Dark World, possessing a CRT TV with radio antennas for a head, plus a long Pointy Nose. In his default form, he wears White Gloves, a white Collared Shirt fitted with a Wing Collar of a different color, Black Pants, Yellow Shoes, a Yellow Necktie, as well as a Red Jacket with Long Sleeves, Lapels and Coattails. Unlike other characters his sprites are rendered from a 3D model.
He may occassionally be seen sprouting a flower on his nose, or baring Fangs.
IT'S!! TV!! TIME!!! may be considered one of his Catchphrases.
