Reoccurring antagonist who debuted in Shantae: Risky'S Revenge. One of the Barons of Sequin Land, thieving bandits who pass themselves off as artifact collectors.
He is a burly, sleazy, militarized Cyclops who leads an army of Ammonian Soldiers. He plans to one day conquer the entirety of Sequin Land himself.
He wears a Blue Coat with an Orange Shirt underneath and Brown Pants. He has Brown Hair and a Goatee. Him and his army all wear some sort of blue Helmet that feature animalistic tails and ears, with the front of his featuring a :3 face.
