Mutsu has brownish-Red Hair in a short Bob Cut, wears red underframe Glasses, has Green Eyes in a slightly Tareme style, and relatively Small Breasts.
Mutsu wears a standard Serafuku with a White Shirt with a Red Ribbon and blue Pleated Skirt, and Kneehighs. She also wears a simple White Bra and Panties.
