He is the First of the Diary Holders. His diary, the "No Difference" diary, keeps track of things that go on in his surroundings.
Yukiteru is a target of Gasai Yuno's affection, a rather iconic Yandere character. His actions are kept track of by Yuno's diary, even when he is not within range of her.
He is named after Jupiter of Roman mythology.
