One of the protagonists of the series Cyborg 009, the silver-haired Albert and his wife Hilda were shot while trying to flee Communist East Germany. The would-be escapee was transformed by the Black Ghost organization into Cyborg 004, a walking arsenal. His legs conceal rocket launchers, his right hand has a Machine Gun in each finger, and his left is razor-edged.
