It consists of a light Blue Jacket with Pockets and a white Overskirt, and a dark Blue Shrug worn over a pleated collared white Short Dress with Short Sleeves and blue highlights. She also wears a segmented Red Necktie, white Elbow Gloves and black Thigh Boots that end just below her dress.
