Akane has a long light Brown Hair with one large strand in the middle between her eyes, and a pair of light Brown Eyes with Glasses. She wears the Long Skirt version of her C&C maid uniform with her trademark large Brown Shawl under her shoulders.
Akane's firearm is a modern version of the Welrod Mark I integrally-suppressed Handgun.
