The main antagonist of the first arc in the Kamen America comic series. Vermillion Masquerade was struck by the same space probe as Kamen America, Kamen Comet, and Kamen Ramen, giving her the ability to control earth and rocks. She uses her ability to create the monsters the Kamen Corps fight in the first arc.
Her true identity is Carly's childhood friend, Victoria "Vicki" Kaminski.
