Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Umikaze. Character design by Kujou Ichiso, voiced by Ishigami Shizuka.
She has very long White Hair tied in a single Braid, Blue Eyes, and a mole under her left eye. Her default outfit is a modified version of the class' Black Serafuku with Detached Sleeves, featuring a large white stripe on the front of the blouse, Blue Neckerchief, black Pleated Skirt, Black Thighhighs, and Mary Janes.
She has a serious and eager personality, and tends to worry over her sister-ship, Kawakaze (Kancolle).
