The Toughie, alternatively referred to as Arakure or Thugs, is a class of non-player characters that are present throughout the Dragon Quest series. Their attire often consists of Horned Masks, O-Ring Harness', and Spiked Bracelets. While a majority of Toughie NPCs are male, there are a small amount of female members that sometimes appear.
