The class representative of the series; a very hot-blooded Horse Girl who does her role as the class representative even without being asked, recklessly running into situations without hesitation with a shouted "BAKUSHIIIIIN!". Her exuberance is counterbalanced by her somewhat lacking intelligence; much of her in-game career consists of her trainer finding comical ways to coerce or trick her into staying away from races that she entirely lacks aptitudes for, despite her belief that she can win virtually every major race in one year.
In-game, her career is known for its relatively low difficulty owing to its focus on sprints, and the real life Bakushin O was considered one of Japan's strongest sprinters despite being descended from horses famous for running longer races, with Nishino Flower (Umamusume) being the only horse to ever take a win from him in a sprint.
