Lulu is a secondary antagonist featured in the ninth part of the JoJo No Kimyou Na Bouken's series, The JoJolands.
She is a young girl affiliated with the HOWLER Company. She plants her Stand (Jojo), Bags' Groove, on the original paper copies of HOWLER's land deeds, automatically targeting anyone who touches them.
Lulu is a short girl with Thick Eyebrows. Her shoulder-length Wavy Hair is styled with a braided Headband that wraps around her head. Her outfit is a Sleeveless patchwork dress with multiple jagged pieces of fabric overlapping each other. She also wears dark studded Wristband and Shoes.
