In Kirby 64, Kirby is capable of mixing two Copy Abilities, or two of the same Copy Ability, to create Power Combos that allow him to attack in multiple different ways.

- Burning x Burning: This is an enhanced version of the regular Burning. Its distinguishing feature is that it spreads large wings of fire just before charging.
- Ice x Ice: Kirby turns into a large Snowball with himself as the core, rolling around and engulfing the opponent. This is similar to the later Snow Bowl.
- Spark x Spark: Kirby develops a detection field around himself and intercepts enemies that enter the field by discharging electricity.
- Stone x Stone: This is an enhanced version of the regular Stone. Kirby becomes a statue larger than Stone, and can even walk as it is.
- Needle x Needle: This is an enhanced version of the regular Needle. A cactus, a bee stinger, etc. stick out from Kirby. This is similar to the later Clutter Needle.
- Cutter x Cutter: It is an enhanced version of the regular Cutter. Kirby launches his upper body as a large serrated boomerang.
- Bomb x Bomb: Kirby fires up to three homing Missiles from his mouth.
- Burning x Ice: Kirby freezes himself, then immediately thaws him with flames.
- Burning x Spark: When Kirby rubs his head with a Shitajiki (Object), he creates Static Electricity, which immediately causes his head to catch fire from the heat of friction.
- Burning x Stone: Kirby turns his head into a Volcano and fires volcanic bombs from it.
- Burning x Needle: Kirby transforms into a Bow (Weapon) and shoots a Flaming Arrow.
- Burning x Cutter: Kirby slashes his enemies with a large Flaming Sword. It is also possible to raise the sword directly above or throw it.
- Burning x Bomb: Kirby himself becomes a Aerial Fireworks, exploding up to three times in a row.
- Ice x Spark: Kirby transforms into a Refrigerator and attacks by shooting three pieces of food. Kirby can also obtain food to restore health.
- Ice x Stone: Kirby transforms into a Curling Stone and slides around, freezing enemies he hits.
- Ice x Needle: Kirby turns into a large snowflake with himself as its core, freezing any enemies it touches.
- Ice x Cutter: Kirby goes Ice Skating. He can attack by spinning while jumping.
- Ice x Bomb: Kirby transforms into a Snowman and suicide attack. Kirby himself does not take damage from the explosion.
- Spark x Stone: Kirby uses an electromagnetic rope to manipulate rocks and attack.
- Spark x Needle: Kirby transforms into a Lightning Rod and attacks enemies above and around him by drawing Lightning strikes toward himself.
- Spark x Cutter: Kirby slashes through enemies with his Double Bladed Lightsaber.
- Spark x Bomb: Kirby transforms into a Light Bulb and attacks by discharging electricity or exploding. This ability also allows him to illuminate dark areas.
- Stone x Needle: Kirby charges forward with a drill attached to his hand.
- Stone x Cutter: Kirby transforms into a statue modeled after one of the allies who appeared in Kirby'S Dream Land 3.
- Rick (Kirby): Can climb walls.
- Coo (Kirby): Can fly short distances.
- Kine (Kirby): Become completely immobile.
- Nago (Kirby): Can perform up to two mid-air jumps.
- Chuchu (Kirby): Can only move by jumping.
- Pitch (Kirby): Can fly long distances. Also has the ability to roll down slopes.
- Stone x Bomb: Kirby throws a time-delayed stick of Dynamite. If he doesn't crouch and put on his helmet, he'll be caught in the explosion and take damage.
- Needle x Cutter: Kirby's arms transform into a single huge Bear Trap-like shape, pinching the enemy to attack.
- Needle x Bomb: Kirby transforms into a Gordo-like form and attacks by firing spikes at his surroundings.
- Cutter x Bomb: Kirby throws a Shuriken that explode when they hit an enemy.
