A secondary character in Bocchi The Rock!. So called because she's the Public Announcement system engineer at Starry. Her real name is unknown.
She has aqua/Green Eyes and long Black Hair that is purple inner colored with Blunt Bangs. She is depicted usually wearing Goth Fashion outfits consisting of either a Black Choker, long Black Dress with Shoulder Cutouts & Sleeves Past Fingers, or a long Grey Dress and an open Black Cardigan. She also has a Labret Piercing and multiple Ear Piercings.
