Character from Victory Gundam. A Zanscare officer and commander of the Neneka Squad, also known as the Bikini Squad for the infamous scene in which they launch a zero g assault on the V2 Gundam with Rocket Launchers inside the Angel Halo (Gundam), while wearing nothing but Blue Bikinis.
