Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Kuroshio. Character design by Konishi (Koconatu), voiced by voiced by Fujita Saki.
She is portrayed with short Black Hair with a Hairclip on the left side, and Green Eyes. Her default outfit is the Konishi-style Kagerou-class uniform: a Black Vest, White Shirt, Bike Shorts under the Pleated Skirt, White Gloves, grey kneehighs, and brown Loafers. Each class member has a different color for their Neck Ribbon: hers is blue/black.
Her Rigging is shared with her Konishi-designed sisters: her real-life bridge to her back with a 12.7 cm twin gun mount and 61 cm quad Torpedo Tubes attached, a second 12.7 cm twin mount as a Handgun, and Thigh Straps containing a 25 mm Anti-Aircraft Gun and Depth Charges.
